Winter at First Street

This winter, First Street was transformed into a festive wonderland, and I had the privilege of capturing it for CBRE and Ask Real Estate. The project brought together incredible creatives: outdoor gallery boards designed by Becky McGillivray with thanks to GRIT Studios, whimsical polar bears by Lazerian, and the striking Winter at First branding by StudioDBD.

Golden hour provided the perfect light to highlight the magic of the installations, from the sparkling Christmas tree to the playful bears nestled into the urban landscape. It was a joy to document this collaboration, showcasing how art and community spirit can create a truly memorable holiday experience.
