Canon R5 Mark II Upgrade

A little reason why I’ve upgraded by kit to Canon R5 Mark II and kit of lenses to match.

The R5 Mark II offers a combination of advanced features and unmatched image quality. With its 45-megapixel full-frame sensor, enables me to capture every detail with stunning sharpness and vibrant colour, making it ideal for both portraiture and event photography where clarity and depth are essential. The wide dynamic range from ISO 100 to a whopping 51200, ensures that both highlights and shadows are preserved, even in challenging lighting conditions.

The fast and precise autofocus system powered by deep learning AI ensures that I can easily track and capture sharp focus on my subject’s eyes, even in unpredictable or dynamic settings. The camera's Dual Pixel CMOS AF II allows for quick and responsive focusing across the frame, ideal for fast-paced workshops, parties or conferences and capturing natural, candid moments. In addition, the IBIS (In-Body Image Stabilisation) system provides five-axis stabilisation, allowing me to shoot handheld with minimal blur, even in low-light environments.
