My top 5 projects of 2024

This year, I’ve had the pleasure of working with many new clients, but here are five stand-out projects that have significantly contributed to my growth in practice, business, and ambition.

1️⃣ Quick Portrait series
Although self-initiated, it was a great opportunity to connect with many fellow creatives within the industry. Grabbing a coffee before the shoot and catching up on their progress brought inspiring energy.

2️⃣ National Festival of Making
A weekend packed full of activities, and the atmosphere was unmatched, despite the gloomy weather! It was a dream shoot for me, capturing a variety of workshops, talks, and the vibrant energy across Blackburn.

3️⃣ The revamp of Rapha's first Crit collection.
Tekkerz team hit the centre of Sheffield at high speed for a night of fast and frenetic crit racing. I'm thankful for the opportunity to blend my passion for cycling into my work. The intensity was immersive, addictive and left room for a lot of experimenting.

4️⃣ I had the privilege of supporting PechaKucha Night Manchester, Common Good, Creative in Cahoots, Ladies, Wine & Design Manchester, and Heard Storytelling on a pro-bono basis. I thoroughly enjoyed using my skills to document these excellent initiatives in Manchester - which have since led to paid projects. Exciting opportunities for 2025 are lined up, allowing me to explore my creativity while supporting those without funding.

5️⃣ Comprehensive services for Into the Wild
I began by streamlining their website. Since then, I have:
→ Transferred all their events to Eventbrite
→ Created a library of new photography + they've signed a seasonal content subscription
→ Designed a double-sided A5 flyer to promote their offerings for families with young children and the 'Pub in the Wood' to locals
→ Designed a menu for their new Fire Dough remote pizza service

These projects have not only enhanced my portfolio but have also fuelled my passion for what I do!
I couldn't be more excited to dive into my plans for 2025 and am eager to discover what other opportunities arise along the way.
